Project Monitoring

Project Monitoring can be an essential stipulation to allow a project to move forward.  The Project monitor provides ultimate reassurance to the relevant funding body that monies draw-down at any time against the project facility are being used correctly to ensure a successful business venture for all interested parties. 

The assignment often requires Baker Mallett to produce regular concise reports which, not only record the progress of the construction on site and the financial status of the project, but also make relevant recommendations concerning any necessary corrective actions or tactical changes to the project's strategies.
