Banna Court and Herdus House
Banna Court involved the design and construction of a two storey office building with associated car parking, drainage and service connections, including the construction of a connecting road from the existing main road on the park to the new car parking area and the extension of the existing services.
Baker Mallett provided both pre and post contract traditional Quantity Surveying services to Priority Sites Limited. They acted also in the capacity of Clerk of Works and carried out weekly site visits and compiled weekly reports, which were issued to the client, in order to closely monitor the progress of the build.
Herdus House consisted of the design and construction of a three storey office building with associated car parking, drainage and service connections.
The buildings were constructed simultaneously on the Westlakes Science and Technology Park in order to accommodate British Nuclear Group and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority.
